Does it deliver?
The service was exceptional! ! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The pools were beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding.
Limited dining options outside the hotel hindered our exploration of local cuisine. Crowded buffet areas during peak meal times detracted from the dining experience, leading to chaos and long wait times.

I had a lovely time during my family stay, enjoying the vibrant kid-friendly entertainment options and the stunning views from the pool area. I found the dining areas to be crowded during peak times, and the food quality varied, with some meals being less appetizing. this hotel is great for families looking for entertainment but could improve its dining experience.

We had an amazing time trying out the delicious food options every day, and the pool was perfect for lounging around. The wellness center offered a great massage, and the outdoor pool was just what we needed for relaxation. Just a heads up, a couple of times it felt a bit busy at the bar, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful pools and sports activities like tennis and football. The nearby beach was great for sunbathing, and we loved how the hotel organized dance productions and concerts to enhance our stay. It's ideal for a group getaway, as there's always something to do to keep everyone entertained.
On the downside, the coffee could use some improvement. Considering it’s a higher-end hotel, I expected better quality.

The two outdoor pools are spacious with plenty of sunbeds, ensuring you won't have to fight for a spot. The mini bar in the room is a nice touch, restocked daily with fresh water bottles, making it easy to stay hydrated during your stay.
The beach access is rocky and doesn’t offer much for sunbathing, which might throw off your beach plans. the food at breakfast could use more variety, as gluten-free options are sparse and the cereals lack quality, leaving a bit to be desired. Rooms next to the staff service lift can be noisy during the day, so it's best to avoid those if you're seeking peace. And don’t count too much on quiet evenings. the noise from the poolside entertainment often intrudes on room comfort.

Nice stay for the fam, just a few quirks
We had a lovely time chillin' by the pool and the kids loved the kid-friendly activities! The family room was solid, but some places showed signs of rush – like in the bathroom. The snack bar by the pool was great for quick bites. One thing though, the lifts were kinda small, which made it a bit tricky with the stroller.

Ideal for families seeking adventure
We had an amazing time at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and they even remembered my kid's name, which made her smile every time! The entertainment was non-stop too, from kids’ disco to family workout sessions, there was always something fun going on!
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for everything that was offered.

A Great Family Getaway
Staying here was a joy, especially with the variety of dining options available, from themed Greek nights to ample food throughout the day that kept everyone satisfied. The kids' entertainment was fantastic, with daily activities that made them eager for more, while the spacious pools provided plenty of room for both fun and relaxation. Although the evening entertainment could get a little lively, which might be overwhelming for some, it was a vibrant atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the holiday.
